Coma

By the age of 21, twins Zay and Zara, had already experienced more adversity than someone twice their age. Growing up in a dysfunctional family they endured a treacherous lifestyle that led to poverty, negligence and child abuse at the hands of their parents. When tragedy strikes, their mother slips into a coma and the twins are at war with making a life changing decision to keep the mother on life support or pull the plug. Zay, an active gang member of the Bloods, puts in work to get his status up, while his sister Zara, the bread winner of the family gets her money by supporting the naked hustle. Crime, violence, sex, and money is the way of life coming up in the hood, and they will go to drastic measures to prevent anyone from taking it. Anger and resentment drives the twins apart, making this story a situation of life and death.
