A primer for parents, teachers, administrators, and coaches on improving secondary education in the USA. A chapter by chapter analysis and insight on many contemporatry issues facing us today, with personal anecdotes and stories to engage the reader in understanding these critical issues. The author is a teacher supervisor in the California State University system with over forty-five years of diverse experience in all levels of secondary education including teaching, administration, coaching, and supervising.
