This is a cookbook I created to display some of my favorite recipes. I call this book 'The Sampler' in the same manner as a sampler platter on a restaurant menu. Samplers are meant to give an impression of what a restaurant has to offer. I created a collection of some of my favorite recipes to give a 'sample' of my specialties as a chef.
