Golgotha

1914 - 1918: the worst war ever existed. In this terrible scene of the human history, the Mankind [in this work called Man(not)kind] demonstrates the highest top that ignorance had ever touched. Beyond pain, cruel forms of misunderstood wills, and beyond too the same meaning of human decency, every sort of act must be included like: not linkable with the common sense of natural respect of the human being. In this pictures collection by the Piedmontese author Matteo Bona, the artist want to represent the grotesque form that fill the Old Continent in the dawn of twentieth century. The brutal passage from Belle Époque to actual intention of life becomes a mere pretext to criticize the cruelty and the dangerous soul of ignorance.
