Giorgio and Margherita are proud to have set up a normal and modern family. Everything's perfect, apart from that weirdo of their teenage son and the little sister Lucia who imitates him in everything. But after all what's a family without a boy in full adolescent crisis? And the disturbing presences which seem to be roaming around the house are surely a figment of their imagination, tricks of a mind overloaded with nowadays worries... or maybe not.
