A young teen named Alex Descubierto is in the Peruvian desert with his excavation team looking for something, but they find nothing. Or so they think. Strange things like black outs, sandstorms, and other phenomenon start happening and it's up to Alex to figure out why. Throughout the journey Alex develops strange powers and a strange affinity to sand.
