Barbara Woster is an educator, author, and business owner. She resides in Portland with her husband, Tim. Tim & their daughters inspire her writing, so it is to them that she dedicates all of her books, with much love. Barbara fell in love with the written word at the age of fourteen after a terrible accident laid her up in bed for nearly a year. During that time, the only books she had to read were Harlequin Romance. Her dad came into the room and saw all of the books strewn on the bed covers and immediately left. Not because he was disheartened, but rather encouraged that she wanted to read so much. Still, he said, "you need to broaden your reading horizons", so he handed me a book by Clive Cussler. Since then, I have read books in nearly every available genre, but my favored to write in are Romance (Suspense/Thrillers) and Crime novels. My first Crime novel, 36 Hours, will release in the Spring of 2019 (publisher: Austin-Macauley).
