Born and raised in N.Y., Dr. Pack has a passion for helping people and has wanted to be a physician since childhood. He loves cars and enjoys running, weight lifting and other athletic activities. Married for 34 years with two children, Dr. Pack has been an active Rotarian for 24 years. Both he and his wife were voted Volunteers of the Year in their community. Dr. Pack wrote The Arthritis Revolution, to change the thinking in medicine and dispel the myth that age and weight are the primary causes of osteoarthritis. While certainly factors, treating thousands of patients for over 40 years, Dr. Pack has shown that this is not true. There are many people who have never had a history of an injury and have had a single knee or hip replaced. Certainly their other knee or hip is not any younger.
