After retirement in 2015 from a forty two year nursing career, Kathy Bryant-Williams went back to work in home health part time. The other five days she spends visiting with each of her 13 grandchildren. She enjoys traveling extensively to get ideas for her creative urges such as writing, painting in oil, sculpting, beading, crocheting and knitting. She holds many awards for her creations. Her travels include 38 of the United States of America and 11 foreign countries. "I had no idea my book series would gain a following as it has. Growing up in Corinth, MS and Vacaville, CA the author now resides with her husband, David, Myrtle and Zyrtle-two slider turtles and her granddaughter, Kara's blue Beta, Papa Smurf in Oakland, TN near Memphis.
