Journey

I wrote these poems during the first decade of my widowhood, after my husband’s early death in a car accident. Readers who are familiar with the phases of grief (shock, bargaining, denial, anger, guilt, depression, acceptance), first defined by Dr. Elisabeth Kubler-Ross, will see these phases reflected by many of the poems.
