The experiment had gone terribly wrong. He was supposed to have shifted to a parallel dimension, but the reality was he hadn’t quite got there, and he hadn’t quite got back. Now he was an echo of himself, physically there (almost) but completely invisible. The scientists were working on getting him back, but Graham had other plans, a little payback on the sister-in-law who had teased him so badly.
