Billie's Love is a story about Catherine Pennington nicknamed Billie by her friends who grows up in a
wealthy neighborhood in Philadelphia. At the age of eight she visits Louisiana with her parents and
her nanny. She meets Weiss, the son of a wealthy German and Royce, the maid's son that enforces
her love for Louisiana.
