The Good & The Evil

Tina Miles woke up on the eve of her thirteenth birthday vowing this was going to be a day she would never forget; she got more than she bargained for. The one thing Tina really wanted was a ride on a roller coaster at the carnival that just pulled into town. She got the ride of her life when she met up with a boy who seemed very sweet but turned out to be very sour. Tina then meets up with a bad fortune teller who seemed to know an awful lot more than she was saying, and that’s where the catastrophe begins. Along the way we learn of an absentee father who has more of an affinity for the ladies than he has a love of being called dad. We also learn how past mistakes can reach out and suddenly turn a very blessed occasion into something tragic. The end of this story is a matter of death and life.
