About the Author, Brinton J. Strohmyer has a doctorate degree in education with an emphasis in management and a master’s degree in business administration. In addition to years of corporate marketing, finance, and management experience, he has been teaching in both community college and university settings. He is currently a faculty member and former chair of the Marketing, Management, and Human Resources Department at Iowa Western Community College in Council Bluffs, Iowa. His teaching areas of expertise include human relations in business, management, supervision, human resource management, and marketing.
