In my several years of interacting with young men as a Mentor and Life Coach, I have come to realize that most young men have not been deliberately prepared and equipped by the older generations for their future roles as men like the young women. The man is thrust into position of leadership in homes and families without the requisite training and guidance to help him succeed; causing him often to fail at it or at best perform below expected levels.
