KNOWLEDGE CREATION ENABLERS

The purpose of this report is to gain a greater understanding of the knowledge creation processes within organizations. This analysis is based on the theoretical framework proposed by Von Krogh, Ichijo, and Nonaka (2000), that distinguishes 5 knowledge creation enablers: Instill a Knowledge Vision, Manage Conversations, Mobilize Knowledge Activists, Create Right Context, and Globalize Local Knowledge.
