Vacuum Seeder DIY Construction Manual

A vacuum seeder is just a box with a metal plate on the top that has holes drilled in it that match the cells of the tray you’re planting. The vacuum hose plugs in one end of the box. When it is turned on, and the seeds are poured in, they are sucked to the holes in the plate. Turn the vac on, pour the seeds into the seeder, pour the extra seeds out, flip the seeder over on to the flat and turn the vac off. In about 15 sec you have planted a tray.
