This is a step by step guide I developed for my Mom to meet some of her basic computing needs. If you want to learn the basics of Internet, Email, Copying, Pasting and Downloading Digital Photos, but don't want all of the technical jargon – this is the guide for you. Each process is explained with click by click instructions along with many helpful graphics. There is also a quick start guide in the Appendix for easy reference. You will learn when to left click, right click or double click and many useful shortcuts. There is a second Appendix listing many popular and useful websites.
