This book is about not only understanding the rights we have under the Constitution but the ones not identified. The rights in the Bill of Rights and others are constantly under attack. No one appears to use common sense regarding these rights. This book will present some suggestions on how common sense can be used to ensure these rights remain in place. The suggestions being presented on the various rights may not be well received by everyone or all organizations but it is time common sense regain a foothold in protecting the Bill of Rights for all of us.
The principles embedded in these rights were fought for by our founding fathers and they felt these rights were worth placing in our Constitution. The rights being discussed and presented are important to not only our history but going forward as a country.
The Bill of Right is the fabric of our county but the rights in our Constitution are not the only Bill of Rights we have in our country.
Another Bill of Rights which we may not be familiar with but should be is the Bill of Rights included in state constitutions. Common sense should apply to these rights in addition to the ones in the United States Constitution. Discussion of these rights in state constitutions will be left for a later time.
