The second edition of Future Flow while keeping the essence of the original 2013 publication, expands its core theme of fusing science with magic to illustrate s multitude of pathways out of the depths of dystopia into a plutopia of future wonders. Using a selection of “flows” or mindsets, the book illuminates the ways in which rebel wisdom coupled with transdisciplinary sciences are able to reconceptualise and recontextualise our experiences, worldviews and attitudes towards the future. As in his earlier book Future Frequencies Woodgate draws on innovations from progressive culture, reflecting upon the ways the underground impacts our inventiveness and ability to disregard present assumptions to create the unthinkable.
