This list of St Vrain Valley Pioneers was compiled from several original source records including: The St Vrain Pioneers Association Blue Book (1940); The St Vrain Land Clubs (M687 located at the Denver Public Library, and St Vrain Land Club records, the Troy District Land Club records and the Franklin Township Land Club records (located at the Carnegie Library for Local History); and the 1860 and 1970 US Census records for the area.
