Twisted

I have a lot to tell you. Much has happened since my last diary entry yesterday. I have checked myself out of my rehab facility in upstate Georgia. I signed out with the discharge desk this morning, and I am ready to leave. Most of my time, for the past three months, has been taken up by early morning therapy sessions. Therapy has helped me to see my past life events in a calmer and clearer perspective. Dear Diary, I have experienced more in the past few weeks than I care to remember. My sessions helped me to, at least, compartmentalize what has happened to me. I am grateful for the time away that my aunt and uncle have given me in north Georgia. I guess the best place to start my story is at the beginning. My tragedies began on a cool, autumn morning in central Georgia, as the roommate of my unfortunate, dear friend Carmen. Who would have thought that a simple night out would lead to her cruel death and mutilation.
