Handbook for Registered Voters

Constitutional scholar Harold W. Bolinger has prepared a short handbook for registered voters. It is a primer in the electoral process, with basic information on elections at the municipal, county, state and federal levels, & brief overviews of both grand and petit juries. Suitable for all ages, it is especially appropriate for home schoolers, or those just graduating high school and registering to vote for the first time. Contains: full texts of the Declaration of Independence and US Constitution–the later is collated to the Federalist Papers for studies in the words and meanings of each referenced clause of the Constitution. Another appendix is a Constitution study guide, and yet another contains links to many sources of information, such as law libraries for state constitutions & more.
