It is the start of the first century A.D., the new Roman Empire is intent on absorbing the island of Britain. First occupying the south. Then tragedy- a massive revolt by tribes who had previously been friendly to Rome is brutally put down by the legions, but not before the natives had slaughtered thousands of Romans and collaborators ... but the story does not end there!
