THE INTRUDER

I want to tell you about my 10 year journey to eliminate Self Sabotage and Negative Self Talk. A story about hitting rock bottom. After losing and / or sabotaging everything that mattered to me. I was presented with a life defining moment of clarity and truth on a highway where, through one of the most devastating turn of events I learned a lesson, I will never forget, and one that I thought I would pass on to others. How I thought that something that had been said to me could make me lose my ability to run my company. Until one day it came to me that the Negative Self Talk I am experiencing is like an Intruder that came into in my life. It was then, I knew it had to be treated as an enemy. I wouldn’t let anyone else treat me like that, so why am I letting this negative self talk?! Join me as I go down rabbit holes looking for answers to how negative self talk begins. What is commonly done to treat it. Where does it come from?
