This book provides an overview of the journey for entrepreneurs who wish to launch and scale a business. The examples I use are from my own experiences in building a business over the past 30 years. The book take you through the entire journey - from ideation to creation to launch. Small businesses often launch only to realize that key elements of the business model are not optimized. This book will help you identify those areas and suggest ways to improve your odds of success. I use this book as my text in my teaching at the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
