Inside are descriptions of the struggles the inmates face while still battling the Delta and Omicron strains, until the detriments of FCI La Tuna became its own variant. The dysfunction of the medical staff and those left in charge, handcuffed by the ever-changing CDC guidelines, only bred a far more dangerous environment for the inmates housed there. While the warden tries to decide which is more important, CDC procedures or prison policy & security, the gang disputes, racial conflicts, and dead bodies, do not make the decisions any easier.
