Over Sequetus 3: Arrival On Earth

This is the second book in the twenty-three book epic story, the Sequetus Series. Sequetus 3 is the third planet out from the Sequetus star. Locally it is known to the short lived population that inhabit it, as Earth. This book is where an intelligence officer now arrives on the planet, to solve the anomalies. But he finds more anomalies than he solves. He has to provide an intelligence estimate back out there, and runs into trouble on Earth. It is 1989 Earth time. Someone here is controlling things that are otherwise unknown to where this officer comes from. Even immediately out there does not make sense. Follow his story.
