Plain life

'Plain life' is my 1st self-published non-fictional novel. It details the escapades of a group of teenagers from their pre-teens into early adulthood. The setting is the vast expanse suburb of Mitchell's Plain on the notorious Cape Flats in Cape Town, South Africa. Crime, drugs and gangsterism are some of the elements the characters have to traverse and circumvent! 'Plain life' provides insight into relationships, conflict, successes, failures, heartache, hardship and ultimate perseverance! It is fictional albeit with some chapters of realism!
