Fahrenheit 451

Fahrenheit 451 discusses the story of our protagonist, Guy Montag, a fireman who is a professional book burner, and his job is to destroy the printed books (most illegal commodities) along with the places (houses) that hold them. Since it is Montag's job, he never questions the "whys" of his actions, and after completing it, each day, he returns to his bland, monotone life and Mildred, his better half, who spends her time and day on the television. Then enters Clarisse McClellan, an eccentric, rebellious, and free-spirited young neighbor whose perceptions begin to influence Montag's life.
