The Quinta Essentia (Part 5) Solution Algorithm Series is a companion publication to Quantum Vacuum Relativity (QVR), & presents the complete computational master worksheet of the Electro-Gravi-Magnetics (EGM) Construct, a unified theoretical framework developed over three decades & implemented within the MathCad professional environment, which serves as the authoritative source from which the four-part derivative algorithm series was derived. The Construct rests upon three first-principles propositions: photons possess a non-zero mass; gravitons are entangled pairs of conjugate photons; & all matter exists in energetic equilibrium with the space-time manifold through a Refractive Index isomorphic to General Relativity (GR). From these foundations, the framework predicted the Hubble constant & Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation (CMBR) temperature in 2008, confirmed by Planck 2013 to within fractions of a percent, whilst also deriving the proton & neutron charge radii without free-parameters. The framework resolves the Hubble tension by demonstrating spatial variation of the expansion rate, eliminates the need for Dark Energy by identifying it as photonic mass-energy, & reinterprets Dark Matter as residual space-time curvature, whilst the Quantum Vacuum Spectral Limit (QVSL) provides a physical cut-off which eliminates UltraViolet (UV) divergences & the time-varying Cosmological Refractive Index gives rise to a Variable Speed of Light (VSoL) which offers testable explanations for unexplained CMBR anomalies. The framework further resolves the Many Orders of Magnitude Problem (MOoMP) between electrical & gravitational forces, derives cyclic cosmological oscillation periods, & establishes minimum multiverse configurations — all without free-parameters, emerging naturally from the harmonic representation of fundamental particles. The master document, with its explicit input data, complete derivations, & computational transparency, establishes the EGM Construct as a legitimate, empirically validated alternative to the Standard Model of Cosmology (SMoC).
