Opaque Illustration Lesson Plan

The learner will study the use of opaques on cold press illustration board to illustrate a still life of ingredients for a new spagetti sauce creating a label update. The learner will also use the software Adobe Photoshop® to revise a gray tone image into full color. The software, Adobe Illustrator®, will be used to revise the label to identify with the ingredients for the new flavor of sauce. Each area of our lesson plans not only help in the learners artistic skills but also each lesson emphasizes the use and need of the primary skills of learning; reading, writing, and math. You will find additional support in charts and graphs that will help in the learners process.
