As a consultant, owner, founder and developer of "Harbinger Worldwide," Stefan has had many unique life experiences while engaging in the development of his privately filed intellectual property reserve. Part of this process of development involved gathering corporate and critical intelligence primarily in the United States. As in part outlined in his Substack writings, numerous seminal coincidences presented themselves to him during the 1990's while operating as a business owner which led him to conclude 911-terrorism strike with aircraft were imminent. Having been investigated by the USDODIG in Maryland 2002, the 911-Terrorism attacks that we now have as part of our history were preventable if certain parties he attempted to alert had actually listened to his plea as early as 1998. Now this is all hindsight, and yet had it not been for the personal rendition attacks on this person in the later months 2003 and years leading up to 2007 where in the latter event he was aggressively extracted by DHS SWAT with snipers from a residential home, none of what is written here would have been necessary. The reality remains that another completely heretofore never told interpretation of what the root causes of the 911 terrorism attack actually were have never been fully revealed.
