Toby and the Dictator

Fourth in the Toby Series: On their way to spend the holidays with their popular Aunt and Uncle, Toby & his sister Emily are transported miraculously to a strange in-between world where they meet up with their American friend, Nat. They are all whisked off to the South American Andean Republic of Saragamba, where the ambitious Minister or Justice had kidnapped the President and his son Federico and declared himself the new President. Toby, Emily and Nat, together with the President's daughter Gabriela, plan a rescue with the help of a mysterious white puma and an eccentric hermit.
