Looking from the outside Frank Toerce would seem like an average single, mid-20 year old living in the hustle and bustle of downtown Sacramento during 2021. He also considers himself plain and unimportant fitted in the busy world around him. He works for a construction company doing manual labor for just enough money to pay rent. Wanting no undue attention and to be left alone he is eventually coerced to have drinks with co-workers on a Friday night. All seems well when an altercation leads to some dead bodies and Frank completely unscathed. His built in self defense is the culprit in his double homicide which leads to dozens of dead police whom try to arrest him. Not wanting anymore bloodshed he agrees to go willingly to jail and stand trial. Sighting his right to self defense over a government and legal system he attempts to leave the courthouse, dozens of armed guards open fire forcing him to unleash his rage. All that is left of Sacramento is a crater 40 miles wide.
