Dr. Sydney Richardson has worked in higher education and nonprofits for over fifteen years, specifically in the areas of leadership, adult education, and career transitioning. She launched Rae of Knowledge (RoK) in 2018, a company that coaches mid-career professionals in effective ways to career transition. She also mentors new leaders and teams on ways to be the most productive and effective at work. Through her work, Dr. Richardson enjoys helping others achieve their goals in a practical, timely manner. She resides in Winston-Salem, NC with her spouse and children.
