Heather worked from the age of 15 in the caring profession working with older people in Residential Care, Sheltered Accommodation and in the community. Taking advantage of training opportunities led to college, then University studying Counselling, Management for Care, Teacher Training then Qualified in Social work in 1994. Born and raised in Coventry. Married to Nigel for 40 years. She has two sons, a daughter in Law and four grandchildren. Heather retired from Social Work in 2015 and moved to Turkey where she now lives, and is able to concentrate on her hobbies including writing. This is her first book.
