Reverend Sherrylyn D. Womble M.Div, MSW

Reverend Sherrylyn Denise Womble, known to family and friends as ‘Denise’, is a native of New York City. She is the daughter of the late Eugene Daniels and Cynthia Womble-Brown and the eldest of three children. A product of the NYC public school system, her thirst for knowledge began at an early age. She always loved school and reading books which resulted in her being on the ARISTA honor roll for several years. The Lord has repeatedly proven Himself to be a way-maker in Rev. Womble’s life. She was the first in her family to graduate from college, having obtained a Bachelor of Arts in majoring in Business Administration (with a Psychology/Law minor) from Baruch College. She graduated from Blanton Peale with a Certificate in Pastoral Counseling. She attained a Spiritual and Professional goal by concurrently completing her dual Masters Degrees in Divinity (M.Div) and Social Work (MSW) at NY Theological Seminary and Fordham School of Social Work.
