Erik Heuler, Associate AIA, LEED AP, is a New York based architect focusing on sustainable design through all phases of architectural projects. In addition to his professional work he volunteers with his local USGBC Chapter and guest lectures on architecture and green building topics for both students and professionals. He founded A for Architecture in 2012 and maintains its website and blog which addresses issues facing architecture. His first publication, "A is for Architecture", is a collection of 26 hand drawings featuring many notable, and some less notable, buildings from around the world, that take the reader through an alphabet of architectural terms. The result is a children's book that can be enjoyed by children of all ages.
