Angela Williams Glenn
Angela Williams Glenn graduated from Central Missouri State University with a Bachelors of Science in English Education in 2004. She received her Masters in Educational Studies & Counseling in 2010 from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. She has been teaching high school English for twenty one years, and lives in Maryland with her family. She writes about her experiences in parenting and education on her facebook page, Angela Williams Glenn, Writer. She has three essays on motherhood published with Chicken Soup for the Soul (2014, 2017, and 2022), as well as numerous other articles and essays published with Filter Free Parents, Your Teen Magazine, Her View From Home, and a few other magazines and websites. Her book Moms, Monsters, Media, and Margaritas was released in June 2014 to examine motherhood in our 21st century digital world and Letters to a Daughter was released in October 2017 as a journal to inspire conversation and the relationship between mothers and daughters. In May 2025, she released her third collection, Poetic Confessions, which is a collection of poetry around the struggles of womanhood around midlife. All her writing offers a comical and hopeful outlook on what it means to be a woman in today's world.
