Marshal Sampson is a native of Etinan, Akwa Ibom State, South-South, Nigeria. He is an IT Management Training Consultant, who has trained Over 300 (100+ Grade level 13 and above, 200+ level 7 – 12) Senior Civil Servants of State Governments in Nigeria,over 65 Senior Managements Staff of top Oil and Gas industries in Nigeria including Staff of Nigerian National Petroleum Cooperation (NNPC) and Nigerian Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG), Bonny, River State, 30 Staff of Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), and several staff of some other privately owned establishments in Nigeria, West Africa. He is currently a Mathematics Lecturer with Akwa Ibom State University, Mkpat Enin and also a Computer Software programmer. Marshal is also a volunteer service Missionary Worker in Nigeria and has mentored many Youths.
