Why would I be taking a picture of myself? That's a good question. I am proud to show off the size 12 jeans that FINALLY fit my body. I am a work in progress, and I am glad God loves me, anyway. I have spent all my life learning to love the "ME" that walks in my shoes. This has been a difficult process. I have finally begun to understand God's love for me no matter what size I am or what size I am not. This revelation has helped me to be used by Him in ways I would never have imagined. God has used the writing of three books (the third one is still a work in progress) to help me learn to trust Him, love Him more fully, and love myself in the process. I am the wife to my wonderful husband of 26 years, Michael. We have a beautiful daughter, Brandie, who is 24 and the light of our lives. With both mother's living close by, our lives are busy being "family". I wouldn't have it any other way!
