I am an independent author of 5 novels, “Knights of Deception,” “Ripped & Ready” a trilogy, and “Dragged.” My literary journey started in 2010 as a result of my enrollment at the University Of San Francisco. I was told by an English professor named, Darrell Shramm, that I had a “natural gift of syntax,” meaning I wrote like you’re supposed to write, as opposed to how we talk. At the time I didn’t put much thought into what he said, but over time I eventually realized how powerful my gift of writing was. I also know that it is divine, gifted to me for a special reason. I was further inspired to write after reading novels by two prominent and highly successful gay black writers, the late E. Lynn Harris and also James Earl Hardy, then later the late great James Baldwin. I feel compelled to be a part of the elite group that tells our stories Hopefully you will enjoy my offering.
