Dr. Vicky Scott holds a faculty position with the University of British Columbia, Faculty of Medicine as a Clinical Professor with the School of Population and Public Health. She is a core researcher with the Centre for Hip Health and Mobility and the former Senior Advisor on Fall and Injury Prevention among older adults for the province of British Columbia with the BC Injury Research and Prevention Unit and the Ministry of Health. Dr. Scott is the Principal Investigator for the Canadian Fall Prevention Curriculum. She has published numerous journal articles, government reports and clinical guidelines and is the recipient of a Canadian Institutes of Health Research Knowledge Translation Award.
