James Farr is a Field Ecologist with twenty years experience. Eighteen of those years were with the Nassau County Marine Ecology section of the Nassau County Dept. of Health. He then worked as a graduate from Fordham University and finally for two and a half years with the Section of Municipal wastewater Regulation of NCDH. He has published nineteen papers in professional journals and authored four books in his field.
