Sarnia Coke
Sarnia Coke is a Jamaican-born author, motivational storyteller, podcast host, and advocate whose work celebrates healing, courage, faith, and perseverance. Through deeply personal and uplifting books—including Unbreakable: The Strength of a Black Woman, Will to Live: Push Through, and My Best Friend Chubby—Sarnia encourages readers to find strength in their struggles and continue moving forward when life becomes difficult. Her signature message, “Unbreakable,” was inspired by her own experiences of overcoming pain, trauma, disappointment, workplace injustice, and challenges that could have silenced her. Instead, she chose to transform those experiences into stories that remind women, men, families, and young people that their pain does not define their future. Sarnia is also the creator and host of the Unbreakable podcast, where she speaks honestly about healing, menopause, Black love, workplace unfairness, mental health, and the strength of Black women and men. Her mission is simple but powerful: to use her voice and writing to help others heal, rise, and recognize the strength they already carry. “Life may bend us, but it does not have to break us.” Sarnia Coke
