Joseph F. Hyskell, Jr. has been in the ministry 50+ years. He has served as pastor, teacher, and missionary with extensive work in the Philippines. He currently lives in Elizabethton, TN, with his wife of 60 years, Dixie. They are the parents of three sons who have also served in missions.
