Larry M. Rosen
Larry M. Rosen, born in Brooklyn, New York, earned master’s and bachelor’s degrees in electrical engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn. He first worked as a military missions and weapon systems analyst, then directed health and social services projects, including the National Survey Of Cancer Control Activities, an Evaluation of the National Poison Control System, and an Identification of Gaps and Barriers in Services to Native American Communities. For many years, he was a professional database developer. He designed the Administrative Computing System for George Mason University, and developed database applications for the National Park Service, Fannie Mae, the Organization of American States, Women’s Health USA, the National Assembly of Suriname, the National Register of Historic Places, and DoD. He is the author of nine novels in the Haley and Willi universe, two sci-fi novels, and the novel Women Don't Like Me, and is now working on a new Haley and Willi novel -- It Is What It Is.
