Marilyn lives in rural Mason County West Virginia with her husband Jesse and their two Pomapoos, Abby and Ziva. Their two sons are grown and living in Indiana and Ohio with their own families, which gives Marilyn and Jesse in addition to the two sons, two daughters in law and five grandchildren. After Marilyn retired from Mason County 911 she needed something to do so she started writing, Incorporating some of the incidents from work into fictional stories. She still goes back and works part time to gather more fuel for her stories. The first book in the series Frost Love Lost Love Found took over a year to complete but just when she thought she was finished the characters started telling her new stories and, the second book, Frost The Lost Ones, was finished in a record time of about six weeks. The characters still have something to say because the third book in the series is now underway. These characters could go on for a long time. They seem to have a lot to say and do.
