E. R. "Gene" Wytrykus retired after three + decades as an auditor and took up creative writing as a retirement hobby. He has written several novels & short stories. "The King of Coins" combined numismatics with an incident that occurred while Gene was an auditor, to tell a story of presidential politics & international intrigue. "The Money Run" used Gene's job in the Army in Vietnam in the 60s as the basis for this mystery (Gene has also written a screenplay adaption of TMR). "The Connections Triology," ("A Stone To Roll", "A Road of Your Own", and "On My Way Home") are novels about 3 people who are drawn into each other's lives at times of personal crises, & how they deal with their own, and each other's, challenges over several years. "The Girls of His Dreams" is a time-travel mystery of a grieving man whose dreams back in time present him with the possibility of saving his fiance, who died in a bizarre robbery. "By The Short Hairs" is a collection of fiction & non-fiction shorts, & "The 9th Inning" contains a novella & 3 shorts. In "Singularity" and its sequel, "Cyborg" we meet Alex, of The Service, drawn back into a world of secrets when he is told, "You can never quit."
